Embroidered Top trend…
Sometimes you just get an outfit right! This embroidered top trend is exactly what I had been searching for my summer. It’s bright, it’s fun and off the shoulder, of course…which I can’t stop buying! I really like the relaxed fit and contrasting pink lace. It matched perfectly with these block heels, I highly recommend if you have not bought them yet! They are so comfortable and TTS and come in SO many colors! Lastly, I had to pair with my little TB crossbody bag!
I love the logo on the TB bag is the same shape as the Kendra Scott earrings too. I might have overkilled the pink but who’s looking anyway! HEHE. In one of the photos it looks like I am pregnant (I’m not), the wind blew up my shirt. I think that I could have sized down to small so if you are considering it, go down one. The shoulder elastic is stretchy.
Lifestyle/ Diet Tips:
1.Stay Focused- remember your end goal every time you eat! Do you want to look good in a swimsuit? Yes, I do!! Not only that but are you nourishing your body or trashing your body? No matter how good that cheat meal or day sounds, you will end up regretting it.
I will admit when an IG post doesn’t do as well as I wanted to reward myself with snacks that made me feel better. If you catch yourself doing that try to go on to a new positive activity or drink some water. Most of the time you think you are hungry you really are thirsty.
2.Eat healthy fats and proteins. Salmon, avocados, chicken and eggs. That is pretty much what I have been doing on a daily basis. I told Brandon recently that I eat so much chicken I feel like a chicken. I still have occasional chips and salsa but I have been doing a ton better. There is no limit to what you eat as long as it’s healthy. Otherwise, you are just eating junk crap food and hungry every other moment. Listen to your bodies needs. Refer to this post on collagen. It contains protein and I have been feeling fuller longer in the am from putting in my coffee!
3.You have got to get that Cardio in for significant fat loss! It’s the most boring thing in the world, I don’t like being on an elliptical where I think that everyone is looking at me. Unfortunately, you have got to get that heart rate up to burn the fat off. If you don’t like that then find some supersets on Pintrest. There are so many to choose from. Yes, I feel like a fool stopping and looking at my phone but at least I am there trying. Once you do it a few times, you really don’t care what other people think if they are looking. You are there for YOU! I do one set of 15-20 reps on a machine then go to a different one for the same 15-20 reps and then go back to the first repeat 1x. I usually start with 20-25 min cardio then do 6 supersets with arms or legs days and then if I am really hitting it hard do MORE CARDIO. Also, once you start working out you will want to cheat less and less. Put on that dance station on ITunes radio.
